You can use it for a variety of reasons, such as when you are sick or to care for a sick family member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees have the right to <strong>paid sick hours<\/strong>. These are accumulated at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, with an annual limit of 48 hours and a cumulative maximum of 80.
